“Are you a man looking to connect, grow and be inspired?”
The Men, Mates & Mentors Men’s Day is a one-of-a-kind event aimed at fostering connection, community, and courage among men. Hosted by a consortium of incredible non-profit organisations, this day promises to be a transformative experience filled with workshops, camaraderie and inspiration.
Men, Mates & Mentors is a consortium of not-for-profit organisations, including Complete Men, Dads in Distress, Men’s Wellbeing, The Men’s Table, The Mankind Project and supported by Gold Coast Primary Health Network.
This event is for men who may be facing isolation, grief, or other overwhelming experiences. By introducing attendees to peer support groups and showcasing inspiring stories of resilience, Men, Mates & Mentor’s Men’s Day creates a welcoming space to connect and explore what’s possible.
Whether you’re ready to dive into a new activity, or simply want to learn about the support available, this day is about meeting you where you’re at. With something for everyone, this is more than an event, it’s a movement towards connection and empowerment.
